Advsrkit Features

Advsrkit is the new revolution in patient consultation! It turns the old traditional patient appointment system on its head. With Advsrkit both patients and healthcare staff feel more in control and the admin overhead is hugely reduced because they are not directly in the appointment loop anymore. Automated Patient Consultation

Patients make contact via a web booking wizard. Patients manage their bookings, reschedule or cancel if required. Reminders are also sent periodically to remind them of the appointment. No admin intervention is required, so saves time and resources.

On-demand or Booked

When patients access the service via the web wizard, if a doctor is available, they can be connected on-demand to a doctor in a video conference, if one is available. If not, the patient can select an appointment time later in the day.

Frontline Staff Manage Availability

Frontline staff manage their own availability. They can set their own working hours and book time off, all managed by the system. No admin intervention is required. If staff need emergency time off, say for illness, the system will automatically re-organise appointments for the absence.

Video Consultations

Advsrkit connects patients directly to frontline healthcare staff in a face-to-face video conference. This can happen on demand, where a patient requests a doctor, one is available, and the patient can be connected instantly to the doctor. If there is no doctor available, the patient can be booked for a video conference at a later time.

Marketplace

Advsrkit has a marketplace which allows different GP practices to swap and share resources. If a GP practice is understaffed one day due to staff absence, staff from another practice can take calls from patients. Marketplace facilitates GP practices to supply their doctor/nurse time to assist other practices in handling patient consultations.

Direct Referral

If a patient needs to be referred to a hospital, and if the hospital operates an Advsrkit service, the patient can be directly booked a consultant appointment at the hospital. If the consultant happens to be available at the time on-demand, the patient could be connected to the consultant in a video call within minutes.
